The network consists of 150 independent accounting and management consulting firms with offices in more than 580 cities around the world.<br/><br/><b><b>Position Summary:</b></b><br/><br/>This position is responsible for providing project related support to local and firmwide client service personnel and exercises a high degree of technical competence and administration ability. This position is also responsible for administrative support to Louisville Audit and Tax business unit leaders, tax processing and for services relative to the various operating and administrative needs within the office. Reports to the Office Manager and is a member of the People and Client Services Team.<br/><br/>There are 4 primary areas of the role in addition to shared project services support across offices/firm &#8211; facilitated through the Work Request Database (WRD):<br/><br/>Administrative/Project Support (local/firmwide)<br/><br/>1. Produce, format and edit PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, financial statements, letters, reports, project resumes, proposals and all other client deliverables or correspondence from draft stage to client-ready work.<br/>2. Prepare and distribute reports to include recognizing trends and providing any data analysis.<br/>3. Plan and participate in meetings/conference calls or events, including scheduling and communication, maintaining information and preparing and distributing materials.<br/>4. Research information and summarize findings using Internet search engines and research sites.<br/>5. Assist with sales and marketing administration, including client relationship data management, forecasting and pipeline reporting.  Member of firmwide Onyx support network providing Onyx data administration and maintenance.<br/>6. Responsible for document management and maintenance using database and / or SharePoint technology. Maintain efficient filing systems for operating and administrative files and contracts.<br/>7. Scanning, faxing, creating mailing labels, Certifieds and UPS.<br/><br/>Tax processing (paper and paperless processes)<br/><br/>1. Process tax returns and e-file, assist with GruntWorx/AWP/eSignature processes and utilize Due Date tracking systems to ensure all data is entered, generating reports to review consistency and accuracy.<br/>2. Project work to include preparation of engagement letters, annual ordering of tax forms, and the 1040 organizer process.<br/><br/>Records management<br/><br/>1. Own the records process in the Louisville office.  Provide filing, tracking and retrieval support to the office.<br/><br/>Local office operational support<br/><br/>1. Provide support to mail, production, Front office and other areas within people and client support.<br/><br/><b><b>Qualifications:</b></b><br/><br/>- Minimum of three years work experience as an administrative assistant in a professional environment.<br/>- College course work in office or business administration or equivalent experience required.<br/>- Intermediate to advanced level of expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, Outlook and database and web based applications are required.<br/>- Expertise in Microsoft Visio and SharePoint is preferred.<br/>- Exercise a high degree of technical competence and office administration ability.<br/>- Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology.<br/>- Ability to understand and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by Crowe Horwath, including brand standards and guidelines.<br/>- Highly effective at communicating and planning with good written skills.<br/>- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, internal and/or external to the organization.<br/>- Project coordination skills with the ability to leverage others in order to complete projects.<br/>- Use knowledge of the business practices and priorities to proactively respond to daily issues and requests as authorized, keeping them apprised of critical issues.<br/>- Ability to teach and guide others on use of software, tool and process and utilize both technical and interpersonal skills to assist clients.<br/>- Desire to leverage technology to solve business problems.<br/>- Work well independently and in a team with professional presence and exceptional customer service.<br/>- Demonstrate openness to new challenges and opportunities and continuous learning.<br/>- High-energy level with ability to multi-task while balancing and prioritizing project work with daily responsibilities.<br/>- Able to work flexible hours and schedule including some Saturday&#8217;s based upon project work and peak busy times.<br/>- Ability to work overtime as needed based on project schedules and peak business periods.
