Position Summary:

The Restructuring Advisory Services (RAS) Senior Manager will market, plan, perform and manage restructuring and insolvency projects with the ability to multi-task between several projects. Responsibilities include in addition to reviewing the work of others on the engagement team, managing client relationships and consulting with clients in all aspects related to the client and industry, mentoring and training staff and performing business development activities. This position can be based in Atlanta, Dallas or Cleveland.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a combined eight to ten years of experience in restructuring and insolvency in a public accounting firm, boutique consulting firm or related environment. Prior restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency experience is required. Candidates must have an understanding of all restructuring and insolvency terms and regulations and possess project management experience. Candidates must be able to manage multiple team members both in the “field” and at the local office. Accounting or Finance undergraduate degree required.

Eight to ten years related experience plus CTP (Certified Turnaround Professional Certificate and/or Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) is preferred but not required upon employment but must be earned within 2 years of employment.

Position Summary:

Locations: Multiple locations available: Dallas, Indianapolis, Chicago and Columbus.

Crowe Horwath is seeking a strong AX financial specialist for various client Dynamics AX implementations. Would be responsible for working with other functional and technical consultant team members to implement ERP functionality, configure modules, participate in data migrations, and design customizations. This is a full time position working with clients implementing AX2012.

Specific focus on implementing the following modules:

- General Ledger

- Management Reporter

- Accounts Payable

- Accounts Receivable

- Budgeting

- Fixed Assets

- Purchasing, Inventory

- Responsible for keeping functional implementation tasks on-budget and on track

- Configuring financial modules

- Working with technical team members for data migrations, customizations and enhancements

- Mentoring and developing other functional resources

Qualifications:

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years' experience with ERP implementations.

- At least one Full cycle of an ERP implementation(s).

- Functional requirement gathering and documentation.

- Implementation and deployment of AX modules and configurations.

- Fit-Gap analysis experience.

Preferences:

- Experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or other major ERP software

- AX Certifications.

- Finance degree or background and/or a CPA.

- Public Sector knowledge and experience.

Position Summary:

The individual would be responsible for further developing the Dallas Internal Audit market through networking, brand development, and demand creation. The person will lead the planning, staffing, and executing of existing and future Internal Audit and related services. This individual will manage direct client project relationships and ensure high-quality delivery within the project confines of budget. This person will provide oversight and quality assurance of various project deliverables, technical work, and oversee project leaders and teams. This person will work directly with clients to communicate business and technical aspects of the work being performed. This person will set performance expectations for all members of the project team and provide constructive performance feedback on a regular basis. This person will be responsible for overall engagement economics of the projects, including budget status tracking, billing, and collection follow-up.

Qualifications:

Required Sills:

- Bachelor's degree required, Accounting Major is a plus.

- 9 years of business experience in the areas of internal audit, internal controls assessment, and/or Sox 404 evaluation and testing.

- Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant certification is required

- Should have experience leading internal audit, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and anti-fraud and ethics projects within consulting or professional services. Some leading industry public companies experience is a plus.

- We require prior work experience managing and supervising senior and junior level staff resources in the areas of internal audit or Sox 404.

- This person should have held a leadership role in their previous work experience.

Demonstrated Experience With:

- Sales and proposal development skills

- Internal controls assessment

- Risk assessment

- Internal audit planning and execution

- Written and verbal communication of results to stakeholders of projects

- Internal control design and effectiveness understanding

Position Summary:

- Providing IT controls guidance with respect to client information systems, technology architecture, and security.
- Reviewing and preparing workpapers.
- Identifying additional client service needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required, Accounting, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems Major is preferred.

Position Summary:

- The IT Audit Manager will manage projects to ensure high quality delivery within the project budget.

- Preparing and reviewing workpapers.

Qualifications:

Job Summary:

The IT Audit Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising staff, and executing IT Audit, IT SOX, SOC, Payment Card Industry (PCI), IT Financial Audit Support and IT Risk Consulting engagements as well as support demand creation and business development efforts.

- The IT Audit Manager will manage projects to ensure high quality delivery within the project budget.
- Managers are to be hands on in the delivery and execution of project tasks for complex technology environments.
- Managers are expected to have the ability to present and communicate status and issues to client senior management personnel. The IT Audit Manager will set performance expectations for senior and staff level personnel and provide performance feedback.
- Participating/leading strategic and tactical initiatives related to new product offerings and services.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and identify new opportunities for business.
- Defining performance expectations for senior and staff level IT auditors and providing performance feedback.

Typical IT Audit Manager responsibilities on a client engagement include:

- Managing and leading IT Risk Audit/Consulting engagements.
- Overseeing the engagement economics of the project that includes budget status tracking, billing, and collection analysis.
- Preparing and reviewing workpapers.
- Preparing final versions of audit reports.
- Providing technical guidance to Crowe staff and client organization personnel with respect to information systems, technology architecture, and security.
- Communicating issues and status to Crowe executives and client senior management.
- Consulting with clients to understand and address their needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required. Major in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information.
- Systems Major is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the areas of IT audit, corporate IT Audit, SAS 70/SOC, PCI, IT Financial Audit Support or IT Risk consulting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Candidate should have solid experience in planning engagements, managing IT audit projects, supervising personnel and developing audit work programs.
- Work experience of at least several years with a top tier consulting firm or a Big Four accounting firm is preferred.
- Knowledge of midrange or mainframe architecture (IBM iSeries or IBM OS/390).
- Auditing network operating systems (Novell NetWare or Windows Active Directory).
- Evaluating application controls for Oracle Financials, SAP, Lawson, Hyperion or PeopleSoft Financials.
- Practical application of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) including scoping, network segmentation, and evaluation of compensating controls.
- Knowledge of networking equipment such as firewalls and routers.
- Knowledge of security technologies and utilities including encryption, anti-virus, intrusion prevention, file-integrity monitoring, and logging.
- Audit planning, execution, and project management.
- Drafting reports and executive summaries on IT control issues for senior management personnel.
- Performing technical IT audits or audits of IT controls that support financial or business operations.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Travel expectations: 0 to 60%.

This position may require national or international travel.

Additional Skills Desired:

- CPA or MBA is a plus.
- Manager level experience with a Big Four accounting firm, top tier consulting is preferred but not required.
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and/or,
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and/or
- Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor (PCI-QSA), and/or,
- Payment Card Industry Internal Security Assessor (PCI-ISA).

Position Summary:

Crowe Horwath's Enterprise Solution Consulting Practice has an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance Leader to join our growing team. The Dynamics AX Leader will be focused on leading and/or architecting solutions for Dynamics AX opportunities, managing the overall project solution scope with customers, assisting project management to deliver the solution, and providing the application functionality lead and direction for the team of delivery consultants tasked with implementing the solution. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep overall knowledge of Dynamics AX platform and possess a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations. The Manager will also collaborate with other Crowe Horwath AX architects, project managers, and consulting staff as well as leadership from Microsoft and Third Party providers to assist in development of new solutions which solve business challenges facing the clients and industries we service.

The Manager will be expected to participate in team building events and develop internal team and client relationships. Any non-client time will be spent on personal investment, internal initiatives and administrative tasks.

Consulting work will be primarily performed at our client sites. Overnight travel is inherent in any consulting business and will be required of our team members.
