The network consists of 150 independent accounting and management consulting firms with offices in more than 580 cities around the world.<br/><br/><b><b>Position Summary:</b></b><br/><br/>The Restructuring Advisory Services (RAS) Senior Manager will market, plan, perform and manage restructuring and insolvency projects with the ability to multi-task between several projects.  Responsibilities include in addition to reviewing the work of others on the engagement team, managing client relationships and consulting with clients in all aspects related to the client and industry, mentoring and training staff and performing business development activities. This position can be based in Atlanta, Dallas or Cleveland.<br/><br/><b><b>Qualifications:</b></b><br/><br/>Candidates must have a combined eight to ten years of experience in restructuring and insolvency in a public accounting firm, boutique consulting firm or related environment.  Prior restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency experience is required.  Candidates must have an understanding of all restructuring and insolvency terms and regulations and possess project management experience.  Candidates must be able to manage multiple team members both in the &#8220;field&#8221; and at the local office.
