The Manager will be expected to participate in team building events and develop internal team and client relationships. Any non-client time will be spent on personal investment, internal initiatives and administrative tasks.

Consulting work will be primarily performed at our client sites. Overnight travel is inherent in any consulting business and will be required of our team members.

Would be responsible for working with other functional and technical consultant team members to implement ERP functionality, configure modules, participate in data migrations, and design customizations. This is a full time position working with clients implementing AX2012.

Specific focus on implementing the following modules:

- General Ledger

- Management Reporter

- Accounts Payable

- Accounts Receivable

- Budgeting

- Fixed Assets

- Purchasing, Inventory

- Responsible for keeping functional implementation tasks on-budget and on track

- Leading functional team members to configure modules

- Working with technical team members for data migrations, customizations and enhancements

- Mentoring and developing other functional resources

Qualifications:

Requirements:

- At least 4 years' experience with a major ERP system (Dynamics AX, Oracle, SAP)

- Completed 2 full cycles of ERP implementations

- Functional requirement gathering and documentation

- Implementation and deployment of AX modules and configurations

- Fit-Gap analysis

Preferences:

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or other major ERP system (Oracle, SAP)

- AX Certifications

- Finance degree or background and/or a CPA

- Public Sector knowledge and experience

Develop and maintain strong client relationships Provide innovative tax planning strategies and compliance expertise to clients; perform research and prepare/review technical tax
memorandum. Understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed. Manage, develop, and mentor staff/managers on projects and assess performance through formal periodic reviews and informal feedback.

Work closely with partners, managers and staff to integrate efficient standard operating procedures and practice development skills using a team approach to client service. Perform other job-related responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Accounting, MST plus.

7 years of tax experience in public accounting

Must be able to manage multiple projects and
deadlines.

The Insurance Manager is an exciting career opportunity that will leverage your research, analytical, business development, communication, and client service skills. The activities of the Insurance Manager include:

- Assisting with the feasibility and implementation of captive
insurance companies

Qualifications:
