Recruiting Sourcer - Tax (Contract)

This role will focus on identifying, contacting and generating interest with a highly sought after talent pool for our Tax businss unit and as bandwidth allows will assist with identifying talent for our other business units (Audit, Advisory Services, Risk Consulting, Performance Consulting or Applied Technologies). This is a long term contact opportunity that will give you experience with cutting edge sourcing technology and the ability to work remote. A great opportunity for someone from a staffing agency that is passionate about recruiting but tired of the micro-management and constant focus on activity instead of strategy. 

• 2 - 5 years of recruiting and or sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing a highly sought after skill set and building a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Prior experience sourcing for professional services and or tax roles is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to track, document and follow up with a large quantity of candidates in a professional and personal manner.
• Strong technical aptitude - Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, Smashfly or other related technology a plus.
• Self-motivated with desire to contribute to overall team success.
