Security Client Response Analyst - (15176)

Job Summary

The Security Client Response Analyst provides technical and administrative support for the development and facilitation of information security programs.  This position will assist in the completion of technical security documentation / client questionnaires and IT audit, as well as supporting the vendor IT risk assessment program, designing flexible and realistic solutions to security exposures while balancing Crowe's business needs.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist all Business Units with client questions and audit activities related to information resources security.
  • Assist with technology administrative tasks related to security including but not limited to log monitoring and vulnerability management.
  • Work with all areas of IT to implement and maintain information resources security.
  • Remain current with changes in information resources security legislation and regulations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of Crowe’s information resources security policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Assist with the development of policies and technical configuration standards.
  • Assist with execution of firm vendor IT risk assessment program.
  • Review and recommend to the Legal department all requests for the access of departed employee data.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the field of Information Security
  • Technology certifications desirable but not required (CISSP or CISA)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with development of security procedures, technical configuration standards, and guidelines.
  • Exposure to security awareness/education and training of end users and IS staff.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, internal and/or external to the organization
  • Exposure to Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other security related legislation and regulations.
  • Experience with and knowledge of technical support and troubleshooting methods.
