We are currently seeking a Senior ESOP Administrator/Consultant to join our Benefit Plan Services Consulting Team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the management of ERISA compliance/recordkeeping services for employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) 401(k) retirement plans, and profit sharing plans, with an emphasis on ESOPs. This position offers a career path for ambitious, driven individuals seeking challenges and growth in their development.
Responsibilities include reviewing compliance and administrative work; review of government filings (Forms 5500, 1099-R, etc.); consulting with clients on complex retirement plan issues including correction of plan defects, plan design and establishment, devising creative solutions to help clients' achieve their goals, etc.; analysis of the impact of legislation on clients' retirement plans; and management of staff, including performance reviews and training.
