Job Summary

Job Summary:

Crowe Horwath is seeking a Process Improvement Lead for our Healthcare Consulting practice. Responsibilities include supporting the identification and evaluation of the organization’s risk areas to identify process improvement opportunities, monitor and communicate results of initiatives to leadership, and drive the process changes in complex operational environments. He/She will be responsible for developing future processes that are lean, efficient, and effective in accomplishing goals and requirements. This position would require up to 50% travel.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management

  • Process Improvement / Optimization

  • Collaboration across all areas of our delivery (e.g. product development, product support) and across all levels of our practice from Intern to Partner

  • Experience mentoring and coaching others

  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem solving, and decision making abilities

  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience required in leading process improvement initiatives
  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt level) is a plus, but not required
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience is a plus, but not required
  • Project Management Professional Certification from PMI is a plus, but not required
  • Healthcare and product development experience are a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methodologies including DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen, Workout, and DFSS
